# DayDreamer

Keeps summaries, digests and open loops current over raw memory, and forgets on cue.

A layer is one file: the table it owns and the SQL that fills it. Layers read memory or other
layers, and compose into a pipeline inside a ClickHouse database.

- **Reconciliation, not triggers**: each pass does only what is due.
- **Provenance and forgetting**: every row records its input fingerprint, layer version and
  model; what disappears from memory disappears from every layer.
